DAy 4

Today I look over my first 3 days and see results. Yeah!
I talked to Bluehost and registered what needed to be done. Talked to Janet who will make the goldfish template for me. She is also making changes on the K.P site. Chose catagories and today will write my first post so I'm off and running on Monday. The changes in the Flying...book aren't completely finished as I thought. Will continue those today.

Did workout DVD. No running today. Eating healthy lost 2 lbs. in the last week.

Day 3

Deadlines are very important. They challenge you and create urgency. I walked/ran 3 miles this morning. I updated "Flying By The Seat of My Soul" so I can make it viral as an ebook. Big task but did it in small steps. Will ask friend to proof read it. Will ask my teleseminar buddies to email it to their mailing list. Often you are afraid to ask for help fearing rejection. Ask anyway.

Day 2

What we do each day first thing in the morning is a choice that effects the entire day. I'm going to run the Rock and Roll half marathon in January. In November I will do a 10K in Prescott. I've started Jillians (Biggest Loser) workout DVD and am going out for a run. Yesterday I ran 2 miles.

Decided on blog categories for TheBoldLife and began to plan the Bold Group I will have on meetup.com. Also will have photograph taken for bio page this weekend.

100 Day Challenge Begins Today for Dream Team

Today begins the last 100 days of the year. If you haven't yet:

Write down your goals ( make them specific).
How will you achieve it? List each action step and deadline.
Who will help you achieve your goal?
Identify specific date you will acheive this goal.

Do you have a prioritized action list? PAL
list your actions in the order of most importance being first etc.

List obstacles. What may keep you from reaching your goals. Then list a solution for each obstacle.
